June 30 Main results of the day

The Moscow City Court, at the request of a Client of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”, collected court costs in the amount of 65 thousand rubles from the Moscow City Government. The Client’s interests were represented Polina Arkannikova, Senior Lawyer of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”.

The Moscow Arbitration Court fully satisfied the Bank’s claims to collect from the Debtor interest for a total amount of 4 million rubles accrued in accordance with Article 395 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The interests of the Bank were represented by Sergey Bibikov, senior lawyer of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”.
