The 20th Arbitration Court of Appeal upheld the decision of the first instance court. Earlier, the Arbitration Court of the Kaluga Region refused the procedural opponents of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure” to satisfy the claim for the recovery of rent arrears. In favor of the Principal, it is planned to collect court costs in an amount comparable to the amount of the claimed claim. The interests of the Principal were represented by Irina Novikova, senior lawyer of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”.

The Arbitration Center at the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs, within the framework of arbitration proceedings, collected a debt in the amount of 14 million rubles in favor of the Client of the De Jure Law Office.
