The Moscow Arbitration Court dismissed the claim for termination of the loan agreement filed against the Bank – the Principal of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”. The Court agreed with the legal position of the Bureau on the groundlessness of the presented claims, since the exercise by the Bank of its right to early reclamation of the loan amount and interest under the loan agreement does not constitute a significant change in circumstances and grounds for terminating the said agreement. The interests of the Bank were defended by Sergey Bibikov, senior lawyer of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”.
The Sixteenth Arbitration Court of Appeal left unchanged the ruling of the first instance court on the introduction of a monitoring procedure against the debtor at the request of the Client of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”, the debtor’s complaint was dismissed. The interests of the Client were represented by Roman Volkomorov, lawyer from the Tyumen branch of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”.
The Moscow Arbitration Court satisfied the application of the Principal of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure” and collected court costs in the amount of 124 thousand rubles from the legal opponent of the Bureau. The interests of the Principal were represented by Yakov Bulut, lawyer, head of the practice of resolving economic disputes of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”.
