The Moscow Arbitration Court left without consideration the bankruptcy trustee’s application to resolve the disagreement with the Bank – a client of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”. The dispute with the bankruptcy trustee arose on the issue of approval of the organizer of the auction for the sale of the pledged property of the debtor. At the same time the circumstances referred to by the bankruptcy trustee had previously been the subject of consideration by the court. The interests of the Bank were represented by Andrey Khokhlov, Senior Lawyer of the bankruptcy practice of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”.
