The Moscow Arbitration Court dismissed the claim of the bankruptcy trustee of the company against the Client of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure” for the recovery of funds in the amount of more than 470 million rubles. The trial lasted 1.5 years. During the consideration of the case, the lawyers of the Bureau managed to convince the court that the evidence provided by the Plaintiff does not confirm the reality of the transaction.
