The Moscow Arbitration Court issued a ruling on the introduction of a monitoring procedure against the Principal of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”. The goal set for the lawyers of the Bureau to introduce the procedure as soon as possible has been achieved. The lawyers of the Bureau have done extensive work to collect evidence of the debtor’s insolvency, which made it possible to avoid delaying the process and consider the creditor’s application for declaring the Principal bankrupt in the first court session. The interests of the Principal were represented by Ksenia Stikhina, senior lawyer of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”.
