Forbes Club presented its first study of the best law firms in Russia in the field of protecting the interests of wealthy clients. In the study, Forbes notes that standardized products are not suitable for servicing multi-million dollar fortunes, it requires an individual approach, confidentiality and high standards of work, a willingness to participate in complex projects, controlling everything from inheritance planning to the tax consequences of a particular transaction, taking into account not only the specifics of the business but also the interests of a particular family. The study was carried out into five categories.

According to the results of the evaluation, Forbes Club Legal Research has recognized MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure” as a leader in family law. According to the study, the leaders are companies that have scored the highest number of evaluation points for uniqueness, particular complexity and effectiveness of project work, having the largest projects and well-known clients in their portfolio (including those included in the Russian Forbes list). The companies had a serious gap from their closest competitors according to these criteria. In the “Family Law” nomination, projects were evaluated on the regulation of family relations, structuring of family assets and registration of marriage contracts; establishment of trust and family funds; registration of divorce; determination of the place of residence of minor children and alimony payments; division of jointly acquired property, resolution of litigation in the field of family relations, etc.
