A new textbook “Civil Procedure” by Yu. A. Svirin, Doctor of Law, Professor, consultant of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers” De jure”, has been published.
The Tenth Arbitration Court of Appeal annulled the judicial act of the first instance, which completed the proceedings on the debtor’s insolvency (bankruptcy) case. Lawyers of the Bureau of Lawyers “De jure” managed to convince the court of appeal that the completion of the bankruptcy proceedings violates the rights and legitimate interests of creditors, including the interests of the Principal of the Bureau. The interests of the Principal were represented by Andrey Khokhlov, senior lawyer of the Bankruptcy Dispute Resolution Practice.
