The Moscow Arbitration Court satisfied the application of the Client of the Bureau of Lawyers “De jure” about the intention to pay off the claims of the only creditor – the tax inspectorate in the framework of the bankruptcy case of the legal entity. The amount of claims included in the register of claims of the debtor’s creditors amounted to more than 150 million rubles. At the same time, the court refused to collect remuneration in the amount of more than 45 million rubles in favor of the bankruptcy trustee. The Client’s interests were represented by Valentina Petrovna, the First Deputy Head of the Bureau.
