The Golovinsky District Court of Moscow granted the petition of the Defender – Konstantin Frolov, lawyer of the Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”, and refused to the investigating authorities to extend the term of seizure of property worth 9.5 million rubles owned by the company.
The Moscow Arbitration Court granted two applications for the establishment of claims of creditors – Principals of the Bureau of Lawyers “De jure” in bankruptcy cases of a debtor for a total amount of more than 15 million rubles on the basis of loan and assignment agreements. When considering the Principal’s claims, objections were received from other creditors, which expressed doubts about the actual execution of contracts, as well as about the need to reduce the order of satisfaction of claims and the application of subordination. Bureau employees presented additional evidence and provided convincing arguments with references to judicial practice about the inconsistency of the arguments contained in the objections, as a result of which the court had no doubts about the validity of the claims and the lack of grounds for applying the rules of subordination. The interests of the Principal were represented by Viktor Pokormyak, lawyer of the Bureau of Lawyers “De jure” and Ksenia Stikhina, senior lawyer of the Bureau’s Tyumen branch.
