The Arbitration Court of the Sverdlovsk Region refused the procedural opponents of the Bureau of Lawyers “De jure” to satisfy the claim for recovery 2.2 million rubles from the Principal of the Bureau and satisfied the Principal’s claim to recover from the Plaintiff in the original claim losses in full in the amount of 45 thousand US dollars, interest for evading debt repayment in the amount of 180 thousand rubles and court costs in the amount of 160 thousand rubles. The interests of the Principal were represented by Nikolay Polusitov, senior lawyer of the Tyumen branch of the Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”.
