The Moscow City Court refused to satisfy the complaint of the procedural opponents of the Bureau of Lawyers “De jure” and left unchanged the decision of the Gagarinskiy District Court of Moscow on the division of the jointly acquired property of the former spouses. Earlier, the court of first instance agreed with the arguments of the lawyers of the Bureau of Lawyers “De jure” and divided not only the joint property of the spouses, but also the total debts acquired during the marriage for a total amount of over 200 million rubles. Also, the lawyers of the Bureau managed to defend the position on recognizing as the personal property of the Principal a significant part of the assets, on the division of which the procedural opponents insisted. The Principal’s interests were represented by Nikita Filippov, Head of the Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”, and Tatyana Bogomolova, the Bureau’s lawyer.
The Ninth Arbitration Court of Appeal refused to satisfy the complaint of the procedural opponents of the Bureau of Lawyers “De jure” against the decision of Moscow Arbitration Court on the refusal to recover debts of more than 3 million rubles from the Principal of the Bureau. The legal position of the Bureau was that the Plaintiff did not provide proper evidence confirming the amount of the debt claimed by the Plaintiff. This argument was supported by the court, in connection with which the satisfaction of the claims was denied in full. The interests of the Principal were represented by Semyon Garayan, lawyer of the Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”.
