The Ninth Arbitration Court of Appeal upheld the legal position of the lawyers of the Bureau of Lawyers “De jure” and dismissed the complaint against the decision to leave the claim of procedural opponents without consideration. Thus, thanks to a competent line of defense in the courts of first and appeal instances, the Client of the Bureau managed, on procedural grounds, to avoid legal proceedings for the recovery of funds in the amount of more than 3.5 million rubles. The Client’s interests were represented by Yakov Prisyazhnyuk, Head of the practice of resolving economic disputes.
The Zamoskvoretsky District Court of Moscow City satisfied the claims of the Client of the Bureau of Lawyers “De jure” for the recovery of a penalty and a fine for a total amount of more than 1.2 million rubles from the developer for violation of the deadlines for the transfer of the shared-equity construction object (1 year overdue), while the value of real estate is 8.5 million rubles. The Client’s interests were represented by Alexander Uchaykin, senior lawyer of the Practice of resolving Economic Disputes at the Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”.
