June 16 Main results of the day

The Arbitration Court of the Moscow Region satisfied the administrative claim of the Bureau’s Principal against the Main Directorate of the Federal Bailiff Service for the Moscow Region to declare the officials’ inaction unlawful. The court recognized the inaction of the Federal Bailiff Service as illegal and ordered the head of the Federal Bailiff Service to take measures to initiate enforcement proceedings against the debtor of the Bureau’s client. The interests of the Principal were represented in court by Sergey Bibikov, Senior Lawyer of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”.
