July 1 Main results of the day

The Meshchansky District Court of Moscow, having considered a copyright dispute, refused to satisfy the claim filed against the Principal of the Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”. As part of the dispute, the court upheld the legal position of the Bureau on the groundlessness and far-fetchedness of the stated claims regarding copyright contracts. The court also denied the Plaintiff’s request for a forensic examination of the originals of the author’s order agreement, agreeing with the Bureau’s opinion that the examination was not relevant to the subject of the dispute. The interests of the Principal were represented by Nikita Filippov, Head of the Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”, and Tatyana Bogomolova, lawyer of the Bureau.
