The Moscow Arbitration Court satisfied the claim of the Principal of the Bureau of Lawyers “De jure” and recovered from the Defendant the rent arrears in the amount of more than 5.8 million rubles. Lawyers of the Bureau, using the tactical advantage gained due to the Defendant’s failure to appear at the preliminary hearing, insisted on considering the case on the merits, which took the procedural opponents by surprise. The interests of the Principal were represented by Dan Khorolets, lawyer of the practice of resolving economic disputes of the Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”.
