Nikita Filippov, Head of the Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”, was accepted as a member of the Commission for the Analysis, Development and Improvement of Procedural and Out-of-Procedural Forms of Dispute Resolution of the Russian Bar Association. During the very first discussion, the draft law prepared by the Bureau of Lawyers “De jure” on clarifying the procedure for the cancellation of court decisions on new and newly discovered circumstances aroused great interest and fervent support among the members of the Commission. The Commission decided to support this draft law and take the necessary measures to submit it to the State Duma by the subjects of the legislative initiative. Also at the meeting of the Commission, it was decided to hold a competition in 2022 for the best legislative initiative to improve judicial and out-of-court forms of dispute resolution. Students studying in Russian educational institutions of higher education in legal specialties and areas of training, regardless of the level and form of education, will be allowed to participate in the competition.

The Bureau of Lawyers “De jure” held a regular webinar for members of the Aviation Engine Building Union. This time, the lawyers of the Bureau told about the procedure for the enforcement of judicial acts and shared tips on how to achieve maximum results in the enforcement procedure. The speaker of the webinar was Marina Nikolaenko, Head of the practice of the Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”.
