November 7 Main results of the day

The Ninth Arbitration Court of Appeal overturned the ruling of the Moscow Arbitration Court on the recognition as justified and the inclusion of more than 61.3 million rubles in the third order of the register of creditors’ claims of the debtor of our Principal. At the same time, the court took into account the legal position prepared by the lawyers of the Bureau, which significantly influenced the cancellation. Thus, the inclusion of unreasonable claims of a person affiliated with the debtor and trying to illegally participate in the distribution of the bankruptcy estate of the latter was not allowed. The interests of the Principal were represented by Roman Volkomorov, lawyer of the Tyumen branch of the Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”.
