The Head of the Bureau of Lawyers “De jure” took part in the largest legal forum Pravo-300, where top managers and heads of legal departments, partners and heads of practices of leading law firms discuss the most pressing problems of the legal market that concern the entire professional community. The problem of protecting and preserving the assets of companies under sanctions restrictions became one of the most important topics of the Forum, during which Nikita Filippov made a presentation and spoke about the main ways of transferring court proceedings from unfriendly to friendly jurisdictions and legal mechanisms for such transfer.

The Tverskoy District Court of Moscow satisfied in full the claim of the Bureau of Lawyers “De jure” for the recovery in favor of the Principal of a debt in the amount of more than 60 million rubles, as well as for the foreclosure of a pledge in the amount of more than 160 million rubles and for jewelry worth 10 million rubles. During the consideration of the dispute, a legal position was successfully substantiated in support of the stated claims, with which the district court fully agreed. The interests of the Principal were represented by Semyon Garayan, lawyer of the Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”.
