The Tushinsky District Court of Moscow satisfied the Claimant’s application for the issuance of a duplicate of the writ of execution in the 2014 case. The Bureau of Lawyers “De jure” managed to convince the court that the writ of execution was lost through no fault of the Claimant and that the ruling on the restoration of the time limit for the presentation of the writ of execution, issued in 2020, grants the Claimant the right to apply to the court with an application for the issuance of a duplicate of the writ of execution within 3 years from the date of the said decision. The interests of the Claimant were represented by Ekaterina Bulygina, senior lawyer of the Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”.
