The Mytishchi City Court of the Moscow Region satisfied the counterclaim of the Principal to determine the procedure of communication with the child. The lawyers of the Bureau of Lawyers “De jure” managed to convince the court that the schedule of communication presented by the father does not meet the interests of the child, as it does not take into account the child’s habits, daily routine, age and the possibility of a long stay away from the mother. The interests of the Principal were represented by Marina Nikolaenko, Head of the Family and Inheritance Dispute Resolution Practice at the Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”.

The Solntsevsky district Court of Moscow issued a decision, which declared illegal the inaction of the bailiff, the senior bailiff of the Solntsevsky Bailiffs Department, the Head of The Main Directorate of the Federal Bailiff Service in Moscow. The court ordered the bailiff to take measures to issue documents on the termination of enforcement proceedings to our Principal. The interests of the Principal were represented by Sergey Bibikov, senior lawyer of the Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”.
