November 30 Main results of the day

The Arbitration Court of the Moscow region satisfied the claims of our Principal to include in the register of creditors’ claims the debtor-bankrupt claims under two surety agreements in the amount of 430 million rubles. For more than 5 years, the main borrower could not repay its loan obligations to the Principal, which served as the basis for filing claims against the guarantor. The interests of the Principal were represented by Sergey Bibikov, senior lawyer of the Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”.

The Moscow Arbitration Court satisfied the claim filed by lawyers of the Bureau of Lawyers “De jure” for the recovery of an unworked advance payment under a work contract and collected from the procedural opponent in favor of our Principal a debt of more than 3 million rubles, as well as the amount of interest on it, agreeing with the submitted by the Bureau position and putting it in the basis of the judicial act. The interests of the Principal were represented by Maria Ovchinnikova, Head of the Department for Legal Provision of Contractual and Judicial Work.
