Nikita Filippov, Head of the Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”, took part in a joint meeting of sections of the Expert Council under the State Duma Committee on Construction, Housing and Communal Services. Issues related to shared housing construction and the developments of the institution of rented houses were considered at the meeting. During the meeting, Nikita Filippov made a report on the violation of the rights of mobilized citizens, citizens who are in volunteer formations and employees under the contract, in connection with the negative consequences that arise for them as a result of the inability to timely accept the completed shared construction objects under the equity participation agreement. This issue has found support among the deputies of the State Duma, in the near future the issue of making the necessary changes to the legislation on participation in shared-equity construction will be considered.
