The Arbitration Court of the Tyumen Region has completed the bankruptcy procedure against the Principal, releasing him from unbearable debt obligations in the amount of more than 1 million rubles. For the first time in the last four years, the Principal has been able to use his bank card for ordinary payments and openly participate in everyday financial relations. The interests of the Principal were represented by Roman Volkomorov, lawyer of the Tyumen branch of the Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”.
Lawyers of the Bureau of Lawyers “De jure” defended the interests of the Principal in a dispute over the amount of compensation for the seizure of non-residential premises for state needs and collected from the state body compensation in the amount of 65 million rubles, as well as 6.5 million rubles as damages and penalties. As a result, the Principal defended his rights and received real compensation for his losses. When considering the dispute, on the initiative of the lawyers of the Bureau, a judicial appraisal examination was appointed, which, in addition to assessing the object itself, was aimed at determining the amount of losses of the Principal. As a result of the forensic examination, it was found that the state body underestimated the market value of the non-residential premises, and also established the amount of losses. The interests of the Principal were represented by Nikita Filippov, Head of the Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”, and lawyer Semyon Garayan.
