Nikita Filippov, Head of the Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”, took part in the Pravo.RU conference “Criminal Liability of Business-2022”. As part of the event, Nikita Filippov moderated the session “Legislative Initiatives and Solutions for Business in 2022”, which discussed novelties of criminal and criminal procedure legislation, trends in criminal prosecution for tax crimes, issues related to capital amnesty, cartel conspiracy and compensation for harm in criminal proceedings. Also, in a separate session, Nikita Filippov made a report on the topic: “Criminal legal risks of companies in the implementation of the state defense order in 2022” and spoke about the main changes in the field of the state defense order, the practice of bringing to criminal liability under Articles 159, 201.1, 201.2, 201.3, 285, 285.5, 285.6 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation when fulfilling orders, and also gave recommendations on minimizing professional risks of bringing to criminal liability.
