Lawyers of the Bureau of Lawyers “De jure” defended the interests of the Principal in a dispute with Mosvodokanal JSC on the collection of fees in the amount of more than 10 million rubles for discharges of pollutants into wastewater. The Moscow Arbitration Court stood up for the protection of interests of the Principal of the Bureau and refused to satisfy the claims of Mosvodokanal JSC in full. As grounds for rejecting the claim, the court recognized the arguments of the Bureau’s lawyers about the absence of a prejudice, to which the Plaintiff referred, as well as facts about violations of the GOST requirements by the Plaintiff for the selection, storage, transportation and timing of the study of selected wastewater, which affect the reliability of the results of laboratory tests. The interests of the Principal were represented by Rashid Gitinov, Head of the practice of resolving disputes with state bodies of the Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”.
