The Principal managed to recover from the Defendant an illegally withheld guarantee payment and a penalty for refusing to return it for a total amount of more than 5 million rubles. The Moscow City Arbitration Court satisfied the Client’s claims despite the active procedural opposition of the procedural opponent.
