Nikita Filippov, Head of the Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”, made a presentation at the 2nd session of the conference “April Theses; Real Estate”, organized by Kommersant Publishing House. Nikita Filippov spoke about such ways to reduce the corporate property tax, such as contesting the cadastral value and excluding real estate from the list established by the Government, and also shared the specifics of considering litigation for delisting.
