April 14 Main results of the day

The Moscow Arbitration Court satisfied the Principal’s application to reverse the enforcement of the 2022 judgment. The reversal of execution of a judgment is applied in cases of annulment of an already executed judgment. This happened in our case as well. As a result of the victory, the Principal returned the funds previously paid to the Plaintiff. The interests of the Principal in court were represented by Natalia Safonova, lawyer of the Bureau of lawyers “De jure”.
