The Zyuzinsky District Court of the city of Moscow satisfied in full the claim of the Principal for the recovery of debts in the amount of more than 100 thousand rubles under the lease agreement. The complexity of the process was that the Defendant initially, at the conclusion of the lease agreement, informed the landlord of false passport data, which were indicated in the details. This circumstance led to a significant delay in the process due to the filing of a claim in violation of the rules of territorial jurisdiction and the need to send judicial requests to the Ministry of Internal Affairs in order to search for the Principal’s counterparty. Lawyers of the Bureau managed both to find and identify the tenant, and to convince the court of the validity of the claims for the recovery of debts under the contract in full. In itself, the delay in the process only contributed to an increase in the amount of interest for the misuse of the Principal’s funds, which the Defendant will also be required to pay.
