The Gagarinsky District Court of Moscow approved a settlement agreement between the Plaintiff (Yuliy Darinsky, the Principal of the lawyer of the Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”) and the Employer on the claim for dismissal and recovery of wages. The claims were due to the fact that the employer (the Defendant) ignored the Principal’s demands without considering the application for dismissal and payment of wages. In this regard, the Principal appealed to the court with this claim and to the Investigative Committee with a statement on the initiation of a criminal case. The actions taken brought immediate results. In accordance with the concluded amicable agreement, the parties terminated the employment contract by agreement of the parties with the obligation of the Defendant to pay wages, compensation and severance pay in the total amount of 2.3 million rubles. The proceedings have been terminated.
