Lawyers of the MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure” defended the interests of the Principal in the bankruptcy case of his debtor.
The Ninth Arbitration Court of Appeal upheld the ruling of the first instance on contesting the debtor’s transaction in the amount of more than 50 million rubles. The case is complicated by the fact that the dispute is being considered in the second round due to the Defendant’s previously satisfied cassation complaint. At the same time, the Bureau of Lawyers “De jure” proved that the opponent’s arguments do not affect the legality of the requirements for the transaction, moreover, are not supported by any evidence. As a result of the adopted judicial acts, it is expected that an appropriate amount of bankruptcy estate will be replenished, which significantly increases the chances of satisfying the requirements of the Principal.
The interests of the Principal were represented by Viktor Pokormyak, lawyer of the Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”, and Ksenia Stikhina, senior lawyer of the Tyumen branch of the Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”.
