Pravo.ru organized an excellent music and legal conference dedicated to the issues of legal regulation and judicial practice of bankruptcy procedures. According to Pravo.ru, a symphony of bankruptcy is a work in which everyone performs his own part: the creditors’ meeting is percussion, the debtor is the first violin, and the arbitration manager is the conductor. As a result of the joint sound, a melody is formed, the finale of which will be either in a minor or in a major. The Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”, being a long-standing partner of the Pravo.ru, couldn’t miss such an inspiring event. Nikita Filippov, Head of the Bureau, first moderated bankruptcy regulation, where they discussed the impact of sanctions on bankruptcy mechanisms, income tax on the sale of bankrupt property, the specifics of searching for and returning cryptocurrencies, as well as criminal arrests and extrajudicial bankruptcy, and in the third session he himself made a speaker, telling about bankruptcy due diligence as a method of verification contractors, about why it is important, and how to do it efficiently.
