The Leninsky District Court of the city of Tyumen issued a decision to satisfy the claims of the Principal, partially reducing the amount of the penalty. Employees of the Bureau of Lawyers “De jure” once again defended the consumer in matters of construction contracts, proving in the case the fact of not only poor-quality work, but also that the quality of the work performed jeopardizes the safety of further operation of the entire construction object. The court sided with the consumer and recovered both the amount paid for poor-quality work and the funds advanced for the next stages of work, along with a penalty, a fine and compensation for moral damage. The interests of the Principal were represented by Ivan Bychkov, Head of the Tyumen branch of the Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”.
