The Ninth Arbitration Court of Appeal overturned the decision of the court of first instance and invalidated the transaction of the debtor of our Principal. The Court of Appeal listened to the arguments of lawyers of the Bureau of Lawyers “De jure” about the abuse of the right in the performance of the disputed transactions, which was not taken into account by the Moscow Arbitration Court when considering the dispute. As a result, payments in the amount of more than 30 million rubles declared invalid. The bankruptcy estate of the debtor of the Principal of the Bureau can be replenished by the indicated amount of funds, which will undoubtedly improve the prospects of creditors for the full satisfaction of their claims. The interests of the Principal were represented by Nikolay Polusitov and Ekaterina Bulygina, senior lawyers of the Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”.
