The Tver Regional Court supported the position of the lawyers of the Bureau of Lawyers “De jure” in the land dispute between the Principal and the neighbor and upheld the decision of the court of first instance. In this dispute, the owner of a neighboring land plot filed a lawsuit against the Principal to terminate the lease agreement for the land plot concluded by him with the local administration, believing that he owns the right to lease the specified property. However, the landlord violated the procedure established by law. The Court of First Instance considered it necessary to consider the disputed situation in all aspects, including checking for signs of the nullity of the transaction. However, having assessed all the evidence available in the case, the opponents’ claim was denied, which the court of appeal agreed with. Due to the developed legal position, the procedural opponent could not prove that he had any rights in relation to the land plot. The interests of the Principal were represented by Alexander Uchaykin, Senior lawyer of the practice of resolving economic disputes of the Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”.
The Moscow Arbitration Court, within the framework of the case on declaring a citizen insolvent bankrupt, satisfied the requirements of the Principal and included a debt in the amount of 1.5 million rubles in the register of creditors. The interests of the Principal were represented by Daria Ivanova, senior lawyer of the bankruptcy dispute resolution practice of the Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”.
