The Arbitration Court of the Stavropol Territory recognized the arguments of Roman Volkomorov, the lawyer of the Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”, as justified and rejected the application of the founder to declare the decision of the creditors’ meeting invalid. The decision of the creditors’ meeting on the initial sale price of the property in the amount of 308,630,000 rubles was recognized by the court as lawful, and no violations of the procedure for convening the meeting were found. This means that we have successfully defended the interests of the Principal in court and can continue the process of selling the debtor’s property without obstacles.
