The Arbitration Court of the Moscow District terminated the proceedings on the cassation appeal of a person affiliated with the debtor against judicial acts that established the collateral status of the Principal. Lawyers of the MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure” convinced the court that the cassator had no right to file a complaint, and his actions were aimed not at protecting his own interests, but at preventing the establishment of claims of independent and bona fide creditors, which the cassation court agreed with. As a result, the Principal will receive priority satisfaction of claims at the expense of the collateral, the value of which is determined in the amount of 46 million rubles.
