The Arbitration Court of St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region included the Principal’s claims in the register of claims of his debtor’s creditors in the amount of over 800 thousand rubles, as secured by a pledge of property. In preparation for the trial, the MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure” carried out extensive work on reconciliation of calculations and submission of additional explanations regarding the collateral status. This made it possible to eliminate the court’s doubts and consider the claims in one meeting.

The interests of the Principal were represented by Ksenia Stikhina and Daria Ivanova, senior lawyers of the “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”.
