The Presnensky District Court of Moscow satisfied the requirements of the Bureau Principal to collect debt from one of the Bank’s controlling persons under six loan agreements executed by Bank employees in his name, for a total amount of 64 million rubles.

The Ninth Arbitration Court of Appeal upheld the decision of the Moscow Arbitration Court, by which the debt under five construction contracts in the amount of more than 9 million rubles was recovered from the debtor in favor of the Principal of the Bureau. The Principal’s demands for debt collection for additional contract work were recognized as current payments to be repaid primarily to the registered creditors of a large developer in Moscow and the Moscow region in the field of housing renovation.

The Moscow City Court upheld the decision of the Presnensky District Court of Moscow, which previously had collected debt in the amount of more than 54 million rubles from the debtor in favor of the Principal under five loan agreements
