A Complete victory in the Arbitration Court of the Volgograd Region!
As part of the bankruptcy case, the court resolved the disagreements of a creditor affiliated with the debtor and approved the initial sale price of the property in the version required by the Bureau’s Principal. The initial price of the debtor’s property is set at more than 25 million rubles. It was established on the basis of the results of a forensic examination, with which the representative of the creditor affiliated with the debtor, who is also the person who previously controlled the bankrupt, categorically disagreed.
The court agreed with our position that disagreement with the results of the examination is subjective and is aimed only at the unwillingness of interested parties to begin selling the property of the insolvent debtor. Therefore, the court denied the opponent’s request for a re-examination.
Thus, the deadline for repayment of the Principal’s claims has been brought closer. The ultimate goal of the actions of the Bureau’s lawyers is the full repayment of the debt to the Client, and this goal is quite realistic.
