Absolute victory in a dispute over payment of insurance compensation in record time!
The Client concluded an insurance contract with the insurance company for all construction risks and was building a school. During the construction, an insured event occurred — the wall of the building collapsed, but the insurance company refused to recognize this as an insured event and pay compensation. For two years, the parties have been trying to settle the issue out of court, but the insurance company has not recognized the costs incurred for the restoration of construction. The lawyers and attorneys of the Bureau of Lawyers “De jure” did a tremendous job at the pre-trial stage and during the trial. Due to the clarity and conciseness of the statement of claim and other documents, the dispute was resolved in just 2.5 months. It was possible to prove to the court that the submitted documents were sufficient to resolve the dispute, and the expertise that the Defendant insisted on was not needed. As a result, the claim was fully satisfied by the court, and more than 200 million rubles of insurance compensation and over 40 million rubles for delayed payment were recovered in favor of the Client.
