A confident victory in the bankruptcy case of a Moscow developer!

Since 2021, we have been accompanying the bankruptcy of a well-known Moscow developer. What is especially valuable is that the company approached the procedure in good faith: from the very beginning, the former management set the goal of paying off debts to creditors as much as possible.

However, the bankruptcy trustee, without delving into the developer’s history, decided to challenge 45 transactions for a total of almost 2 billion rubles. It would seem to be standard practice, but in this case, each of these transactions was legal and justified.

Our senior lawyer, Daria Ivanova, withstood all 45 attacks, not a single transaction was declared invalid, preserving the interests of creditors, which additionally confirmed the innocence of the Principal in the bankruptcy of the company.

Today, an end has been put to these disputes – a settlement agreement on the last of the disputed transactions has been approved.
