August 25 Main results of the day

The Arbitration Court of the City of Moscow fully satisfied the demands of the Bureau’s Client to include in the register of claims of the debtor’s creditors an amount exceeding 1 billion rubles. Today, the final court hearing took place, at which the Bureau’s lawyers presented comprehensive evidence confirming the validity of the stated claims and the creditor’s ability to issue a loan of such a large size.

During the consideration of the case, the financial documentation was analyzed in detail, and numerous supporting circumstances were presented that strengthened the Client’s position. Thanks to the well-coordinated work and professionalism of the team of lawyers, it was possible not only to repel all the arguments of the opponents, but also to achieve full recognition of the stated claims by the court.

The result of the work done will subsequently be not only the fair satisfaction of the Client’s demands based on the results of the distribution of the bankruptcy estate, but also a significant strengthening of his position for further protection in the bankruptcy case.
