July 31. MAIN RESULTS OF THE DAY
Dorogomilovsky District Court of Moscow approved the settlement agreement between the Bank and the Defendant to recover about 800 thousand rubles. The settlement agreement was concluded at the stage of enforcement proceedings. The interests of the Bank were represented by Diana Shkvarkina, lawyer of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De Jure”.
