The Arbitration Court of the Moscow Region dismissed the bankruptcy trustee in satisfying the claim for invalidating the transaction concluded between the debtor and the Client of the Bureau. The interests of the Client were represented by Viktor Pokormyak, lawyer, a member of the Presidium of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”.
